Yes, we are open to customization at Nitya Bajaj. You can request changes in terms of colors, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, you could contact us at +91 9990185858 or email us at info@nityabajaj.com.
For plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge 15% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.

Does the price of the product change for a customized order?

If the order placed is exactly the same as per the website, the price of the order remains unchanged for any product. We do not charge additional for any requests for change of color aswell. However, in case of customization such as additional embellishments, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. For any such customization, we request you to contact us at +91 9990185858 or email us at info@nityabajaj.com 

In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.

Can I request for a change in color of the product?

Yes, we can change the color of the product. We do not levy any additional charges for change of color. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. How do I know my size?

We follow standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order as we would be happy to make the product specifically to your size. We charge 15% extra on plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above). In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

What if my size does not match with the size chart?

We would love to especially design our product for you. How do I make the payment?

What if I want any changes/cancellation of an existing order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refunded. As per our company policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping within India is Free of Charge and is completely borne by us. However, International shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

Our products are handcrafted with love and care especially for you. Due to the detailed and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen.

What are your delivery options?

Following the shipping policy, we can deliver the product at your doorstep.

However, you can also get the product collected from our flagship store in New Delhi.

What if I order multiple products?

What is the time frame for receiving orders?

Handcrafted with love, each product is specially curated for you. We usually take minimum of 2-3 working weeks depending on the product. How do I get my product altered?

Following the standard size chart, we generally keep a 2-3 inch margin for all our products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. You can visit us at our flagship store for assistance. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

I shopped the products from a multi-brand outlet. Can any alterations be done?

For all Multi-brand outlet purchases, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
